Thanks to Facebook and my Facebook friends, I discovered this intense video…
What does adrenaline do to the body? It puts butterflies in your tummy, it speeds your heart rate, and it makes your palms clammy.
Watching this video set all these little things in motion for me! I’m pretty sure the last video I watched that was capable of doing that to me was Dan Osman’s speed solo on the vertical face of Lover’s Leap.
This video shows Loïc Jean-Albert proximity flying over the rolling cliffs of Norway. That guy narrarating is JT Holmes. Both of these guys are visionaries and both aggressively push the boundaries of their sport. JT Holmes has been skiing most of his life and Loïc Jean-Albert has 11,000 jumps in skydiving and over 1,000 base jumps. He is mostly known for his wingsuit flying performances. His popular alias… The Flying Dude.
Not to be of a surprise to any of you, but this type of base jumping is so intense that I have fallen quite in love with it!!
This badass video has initiated a series that will be dedicated to the sport of Proximity Flying.
